ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH SHIPPING INFORMATION/TRACKING TO DENOTE YOUR ORDER IS BEING FILLED.

HOWEVER, YOUR ORDER ---WILL NOT--- SHIP UNTIL IT IS COMPLETE.  THIS CAN TAKE UP TO 20 DAYS TO COMPLETE YOUR ORDER AND DROP IT OFF AT USPS/UPS.  IF YOU WANT YOUR ORDER SOONER, I CAN EXPEDITE YOUR ORDER FOR A $10 RUSH FEE.

YOU WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED ONCE THE ITEM ACTUALLY SHIPS. THE TRACKING INFORMATION WILL AUTO-UPDATE AND IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CHECK THAT REGULARLY FOR MOVEMENT. 

GENERALLY ORDERS SHIP EVERY WEEK, BUT WITH HIGH VOLUME CAN TAKE UP TO 20 DAYS.  ANY EMAILS ASKING ABOUT SHIPPING WITHIN THIS 20 DAY TURNAROUND TIME WILL BE PROVIDED THE URL TO THIS POLICY. 
However, if your email is rife with rudeness/threats/anger - I won't reply ✌️

PLEASE NOTE I HAVE SHIPPED OVER 7000 ORDERS AND YOUR PRODUCT WILL SHIP AS SOON AS I CAN GET TO IT.  IF YOU PREFER SHIPPING WITHIN 7 DAYS, CHOOSE A PAPARAZZI CONSULTANT, NOT SOMEONE OFFLOADING INVENTORY IN THEIR SPARE TIME.

Items are shipped to the address provided by customer therefore, please ensure all shipping information is correct. We are not liable for shipping errors due to incorrect shipping information. It is your responsibility to respond prior to shipment with correct shipping information. Please create an account and ensure your contact information and shipping address is current and correct.

Due to postal theft or error, there is no liability for shipping delays/errors/loss or damage upon shipment. We package securely and safely for transport but once it enters the postal system, it is out of our hands (literally). Please note you are assuming all risk for using a third-party transport such as USPS by shopping at Gem Box Accessories. Insurance is available upon request by customer PRIOR to being issued a shipment confirmation.  If you would like additional shipping options, please leave us a message with your order # and request via our contact form. Please note extra shipping charges may apply.

All items ship (unless noted otherwise) via USPS First Class. Each order will include tracking which will be emailed to the email address listed on the invoice.  

Shipments cannot be guaranteed for holiday/occasion delivery. Please take the maximum 20 DAY turnaround time into account when shopping.
