All sales are final. No exchanges offered as items are limited-edition and replacements cannot be guaranteed.

If a NEW unused/unworn item is defective upon receipt or is non-repairable, please remit photos of broken items by contacting us within 3 business days at info@gemboxaccessories to request in store credit.

Credit will ONLY be issued via email or direct message in the form of a promo code. After three business days any implied return or refund is not applicable.

Normal wear and tear of a worn item is not eligible for refund or return.

Open O-rings, Jump Rings, or adhesive loss which can be repaired with minimal effort and/or jeweler's glue are not eligible for refund or return. Please inspect all jewelry before wearing.

Changing your mind about an item after it has been paid for or shipped is not eligible for a refund or a return. The 48 hour payment window and week-long invoice cycle is generous to allow for edits and communication with me prior to payment.  You are responsible for your decision to purchase.
